Sisma reinnoieste designul noii generatii de sisteme laser, pentru microprocesarea folosind tehnologia cu fibra. Functionalitatea crescuta a sursei permite gravarea, marcarea si microtaierea pentru a satisface cele mai ridicate standarde tehnice. Echipat cu usa de acces pe trei laturi pentru a facilita accesul, camera de lucru spatioasa (500x500 mm), inaltimea maxima a piesei procesate este de 530 mm (F100). De asemenea, poate fi conectat la intreaga gama de accesorii Sisma, obtinandu-se sistem extreme de versatil. Constientizarea procesului si a cerintelor aplicatiilor, dar si caracteristicile constructive, fac din Big Smark un sistem inovativ, simplu si performant.

  • Control: computer ruland Windows, software SLC-PRISMA
  • Conectivitate: PLC, Ethernet, Conexiune Digitala I/O
  • Software: program pentru care gestionarea fisierelor si a parametrilor de marcare. Fisiere acceptate: SVG, DXF, BMP, JPG, HPGL, PLT; sistem de control al axelor; camera pentru centrarea obiectelor si pozitionarea marcajului. Dezvoltat integral de catre SISMA.
  • Optiuni: axa rotativa de mare precizie, sistem de alimentare, sistem de masurare dinamic, aspirator, sistem de fixare static.
