Although pure copper is not one of the most mechanically performant material, it is characterized by the highest thermal and electrical conductivity through all existing metals. Thus, copper is perfectly suitable for thermal devices, such as heat exchangers, air and liquid cooled devices, and components subjected to heavy thermal fatigue.
